Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note that processing may take longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen events.

We ship from the following warehouses:

  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • European Union (EU)
  • Australia (AU)
  • China (CN)

Estimated Delivery Times

  • US Warehouse: 3–5 business days
  • CA Warehouse: 3–5 business days
  • UK Warehouse: 2–5 business days
  • EU Warehouse: 3–10 business days
  • AU Warehouse: 3–5 business days
  • China Warehouse: 7–10 business days

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.

Orders from Las Palmas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Ceuta, Melilla, Åland Islands, and Croatia will ship from China.

Shipping by Region

For US, CA, EU, UK Orders:

  • Priority Shipping: We ship from local warehouses for faster delivery. If out of stock locally, we will ship from China.
  • Orders under $49: Shipped from China, delivery in 2–3 weeks.
  • Orders over $50: Shipped from China, estimated delivery 7–10 business days (may vary by carrier).

For Other Countries:

  • Orders under $49: Shipped from China, delivery in 2–3 weeks.
  • Orders over $50: Shipped from China, estimated delivery 7–10 business days (may vary by carrier).

Order Management

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us at store@kica-tech.com .
  • Address Change: Email us before your order ships. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address.
  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Fees & Remote Areas

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Remote areas may incur longer delivery times and extra charges. You can estimate shipping on the cart page.

Shipping Delays

We strive for timely delivery, but delays can occur due to logistics or external factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Customs & Duties

International orders may incur customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. KICA will not provide refunds for orders returned due to unpaid customs fees.

By ordering, you authorize KICA to manage customs clearance on your behalf, including delegation to third-party service providers if needed. We cannot guarantee whether duties will apply, as it is determined by your country’s customs authority.
