Order Processing
For USA, Canada, European Union Orders: The processing time is typically 1 to 2 working days.
For Orders from other countries: The processing time is typically 1 to 3 working days.
Please NOTE that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship to select countries/regions worldwide. Please note that we can't ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs.
Order Status
1. Order Cancellation : You can cancel physical items or orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. Please email us at kicacare@outlook.com within 24 HOURS after placing the order.
2. Address Change : For address changes, please email our Customer Service Team at kicacare@outlook.com with your updated address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
3. Order Tracking : Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Shipping Fee : We offer FREE Standard shipping on all US, CA, EU, UK orders. The Additional Shipping Fees for other countries will be calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
2. Delivery Time :
- For US, CA, EU, UK orders, we prioritize shipping from local warehouses. If the product you purchased is temporarily out of stock in the local warehouse, we may arrange to ship it from the China Warehouse, and the estimated shipping time may take 6 to 8 days.(*Please note that the specific delivery time may vary by different logistics companies.)
- For Orders from other countries, we will ship from China warehouse. and the estimated shipping time may take 6 to 8 days.
3. Remote Address Orders : Orders with remote locations will take longer time to arrive and additional shipping fees may be required. Please note that the delivery time and shipping fees depend on the address specified for the order.

4. Shipping Delays or Issues : While we strive to provide timely and reliable shipping services, unforeseen circumstances or external factors may cause delays or issues that are beyond our control. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in such situations.
