* Orders from special regions such as Las Palmas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Ceuta, Melilla, Åland Islands, and Croatia will be shipped from our China warehouse regardless of order location.

🌐 Shipping by Region
For US, CA, UK, EU Orders
- Priority Shipping: Ships from the nearest local warehouse when available. If the product is out of stock in your region, it will be shipped from China.
- Orders under $50: Shipped from China, estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks.
- Orders over $50: Shipped from China, estimated delivery 8–12 business days .
For Other Countries
All orders are shipped from China warehouse unless stated otherwise.

- Orders over $50: Estimated delivery 8–12 business days (may vary by the destination country).
🧾 Important: Tax ID Requirements
For smooth customs clearance, the following countries require a personal or business tax identification number (Tax ID):
- Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Brazil
- Mexico
- South Korea
If you're shipping to any of the above countries, please include your tax ID number when placing your order or email it to us at store@kica-tech.com along with your order number. Orders without tax ID may be delayed, held at customs, or returned.
⚙️ Order Changes & Cancellations
- Cancel Order: Contact us before your order ships. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Change Shipping Address: You may request an address change before shipping by emailing us.
- Track Your Order: A tracking number will be sent via email once the order has shipped. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive it.
🚚 Shipping Fees & Remote Area Surcharges
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Remote or rural areas may incur additional surcharges or experience longer delivery times. You can view estimated shipping fees on the cart page before completing your order.
⏳ Shipping Delays
Although we work hard to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, or logistics issues. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
🛃 Customs, Duties & Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees based on the destination country's regulations.
- These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
- If you refuse to pay these charges or your order is returned due to unpaid customs fees or missing tax ID, no refund will be issued.
By placing an order, you authorize KICA and/or our logistics partners to handle import clearance on your behalf and delegate this process to a third-party broker if necessary.
