Order Processing
For USA, Canada, European Union Orders: The processing time is typically 1 to 2 working days.
For Orders from other countries: The processing time is typically 1 to 3 working days.

Notes:
1. We currently ship to select countries/regions worldwide. Please note that we can't ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs.
2. If your shipping address is within our "Free Shipping & Tax Included" range, but you are charged customs duties, please contact us at store@kica-tech.com to arrange a tax refund for you.
3. Orders from EU countries including Las Palmas (ES), Santa Cruz de Tenerife (ES), Ceuta (ES), Melilla (ES), Åland Islands (FI), Croatia will be shipped from China. Tax Not Included.
Order Status
1. Order Cancellation : You can cancel physical items or orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. Please email us at store@kica-tech.com within 24 HOURS after placing the order.
2. Address Change : For address changes, please email our Customer Service Team at store@kica-tech.com with your updated address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
3. Order Tracking : Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Shipping Fee : We offer FREE Standard shipping on all US, CA, EU, UK orders. The Additional Shipping Fees for other countries will be calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
2. Delivery Time :
For US, CA, EU, UK Orders:
Priority Shipping: We prioritize shipping from local warehouses for faster delivery. If the product you purchased is out of stock in the local warehouse, it will be shipped from the China Warehouse.
- Orders Under $49: Products shipped from the China Warehouse may take 2–3 weeks to arrive.
- Orders Above $50: Products shipped from the China Warehouse have an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days (please note that actual delivery time may vary based on the logistics company).
For Orders from Other Countries:
- Orders Under $49: Products will be shipped from the China Warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 weeks.
- Orders Above $50: Products will be shipped from the China Warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days (please note that actual delivery time may vary based on the logistics company).
3. Remote Address Orders : Orders with remote locations will take longer time to arrive and additional shipping fees may be required. Please note that the delivery time and shipping fees depend on the address specified for the order.

4. Shipping Delays or Issues : While we strive to provide timely and reliable shipping services, unforeseen circumstances or external factors may cause delays or issues that are beyond our control. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in such situations.
